A big step, I am buying a flat in London

Yeaahhhh !! This is it, I have finally decided to jump in head first and buy a flat in London. For over a week now, I have visited several flats around Battersea/Clapham Junction area. But yesterday I found one that is exactly the same as the one I am currently living in. It is a 3 bedrooms flat with a lot of storage space.

Yes London is an expensive city to buy, but hey I have to start somewhere.

If everything goes according to plan, I should move in around June. Why not sooner? First it takes time to sort out all the paper work, then secondly the lease on my rent goes until June.

I am sooooo excited, and shit scared too!
